ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- Sweet treats are for grown ups at Gamlin Whiskey House.

The Vanilla Creme Brûlée is paired with a 10-year Glenmorangie, full of vanilla, orange and spice.

The Flourless Chocolate Cake is pared with the Jim Beam Single Barrel and the bourbon's brown sugar and molasses notes.
Pairing is a challenge that bar manager Dustin Parres takes on daily with a drink menu listed more than 270 whiskeys.
