Former police officer charged with child molestation

PULASKI COUNTY, MO (KTVI) – Wednesday afternoon members of the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Emergency Response Team arrested a 56-year-old former police officer David Milcendeau on charges of child molestation, and sodomy. Milcendeau was arrested without incident after being coerced from his residence where ammunition and weapons were located.

During the arrest a German Sheppard owned by Milcendeau attacked a deputy and had to be put down. The officer suffered numerous injuries, but nothing serious.

Milcendeau is being held in the Pulaski County Jail on a bond of $500,000.
