ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- Holistic and clinical therapist Tracie Berry-McGhee says a bad day at work does not have to turn into a disastrous week.

Berry-McGhee warned that workers should look for signs of burnout. Checking in with oneself can help avoid mistakes and emotional meltdowns that can leave people with legal trouble and without a job.

She says you can take a burnout quiz at http://stress.about.com/library/burnout/bl_job_burnout_quiz.htm.
