ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- Bryce Mitchell, of New Era Fitness, shows us how to plank longer and get record-breaking abdominals. Retired Marine George Hood, 57, broke the world record for holding the longest plank. He supported his body-weight with only his toes and forearms for 5 hours, 15 minutes and 15 seconds. Hood trained for over 30 hours a week.
