suspects hit police car

ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – A man who rammed a police cruiser is in custody.  Kevin Labriado is facing several charges, including assault against a law enforcement officer. Police say two officers were in their cruiser Friday night when Labriado hit it with his vehicle.  The officers initially thought it was an accident until they say Labriado rammed their car again.

The suspect tried to get away, but hit a city hydrant.

His five year old child was inside the car at the time.

The probable cause statement says when Labriado was put under arrest, but kept yelling, this is for black people.

The officers were not seriously hurt.
