ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – St. Louis University lowers tuition and offers new scholarships for first responders. The new lower tuition rate is for law enforcement officers, firefighters, and EMS personnel who want to pursue a bachelor’s degree or certificates at St. Louis University for its School for Professional Studies can now get a break in tuition cost. The reduced rate will be set at $400 dollars per credit hour for undergraduate courses.
