Major Case Squad seeks public’s help in Alton murder

ALTON, IL (KTVI)-The Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis is still looking for information in the case of an Alton, IL shooting death early Saturday. James E. Hubbard was shot to death on August 8, 2015, while standing in the 700 block of Oakwood Avenue around 2:00am.  Hubbard, 41, was a father of five children.
