Dietitian gives tips for healthy eating on the go

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- "I don't have time," is probably the most over-used excuse whether for going to the gym or for a healthy breakfast. We're all busy but you do have time for a health breakfast.

Katie Lambert, Registered Dietitian with Barnes- Jewish Hospital, gives us some tips for healthy eating on the go.

  • Eggs
  • High fiber cereal
