Mom of slain teen organizes march for peace and justice

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)-Moms and  their supporters from the St. Louis region will once again take to the streets, this time for the Mothers United For Our Children march. Led by Sabrina Elam, whose teenage son was murdered on September 4, 2014, the group will march Sunday, August 30,  at 1:00pm from the 4200 block of Obear to the Natural Bridge Fair and back.

So far no one is talking to police about 17-year-old Jared Elam's murder. Sabrina's family has raised $5,000 in reward money hoping someone comes forward. If you have any information about Jared’s murder call 1-866-371-TIPS. Your call is completely anonymous. You don’t even have to give your identity to claim your reward.
