ST. LOUIS (KTVI) - The ACT Bike Patrol is a new program from the Humane Society of Missouri designed to take a proactive approach to preventing animal abuse and educating the community about proper animal care by offering one-on-one interactions during patrols to increase engagement between Animal Cruelty Taskforce investigators and the public.

Tim Poorman, an investigator from the task force, visits Fox 2 News in the Morning to further explain the role of the patrol.
