LADUE, MO (KTVI)-Alivia Ball is 7-years-old and a second grader.  She discovered she had severe food allergies just two days before her 4th birthday. Since then, the family has helped raise money for FARE, or Food Allergy Research and Education.

Alivia and her parents put on a garage sale and a lemonade stand at her grandparents’ house in Belleville, IL.  This year, she has raised over $2000 through her efforts.

On Sunday, September 20, 2015, the FARE Walk For Food Allergy will be held at Tilles Park on Litzinger in Ladue, MO. Registration starts at 8:30am.  The event offers fun activities for the entire family while helping to advance food allergy research, education, advocacy and awareness initiatives.
