ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- Several members of the St. Louis Board of Aldermen met with Mayor Francis Slay late Friday afternoon to talk crime.  Mayor Slay and Police Chief Sam Dotson recently returned from a crime summit in Washington, D.C.

Invited to the meeting were aldermen from the city’s wards that see the most crime.  The plan was to discuss how they can work together to address the crime problem.

Alderman Antonio French has threatened to stop funding for the proposed NFL stadium, saying fighting crime should be the city’s top priority.
