Thousands march for autism in Forest Park

ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – Thousands in Forest Park Saturday morning to march for a cure for autism.  The event is called St. Louis Walk Now for Autism Speaks.

FOX 2’s Margie Ellisor served as the emcee for today’s event.

This is the organization’s 13th annual walk.

The CDC says one in every sixty-eight children suffers from autism.

Since 2003 the march has raised more than $9 million dollars for autism research and awareness.
