St. Louis man found with 90 stolen stolen credit cards after public urination

RICHMOND, IN (KTVI) - A St. Louis man is arrested in Indiana on charges including public indecency and fraud.

Alan Cohen, from St. Louis, was arrested about 300 miles away in Richmond, Indiana after an officer saw him urinate in a mall parking lot. When the officer patted Cohen down, he found 16 CitiBank cards in his front pocket. None of which were issued to Cohen.

Police searched Cohen's car and found merchandise in the trunk with no receipts, prescription medication with a different name, and more bank cards. In total, 90 cards were found, none bearing Cohen's name.
