Tyson is recalling over 50,000lbs of chicken wings over odd smell

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Tyson foods is recalling over 50,000lbs of Buffalo Style Chicken Wing Sections sold in 28-ounce retail bags. Customers complained that the chicken had an, “off odor.”

The Any’tizers® Fully Cooked Hot Wings® were sold in stores nationwide. They were produced on October 24-25 at the company’s Pine Bluff Arkansas facility.

A statement from the company explains how to tell if you have chicken affected by this recall.

Each 28-ounce bag affected in this recall bears the establishment code P-13456 above the heating instructions on the back of the bag and Product UPC 0 23700 01118 3 as well as date codes including “2975PBF05” or “2985PBF05.” Additionally, each bag has a “Best if Used By” date of October 24, 2016 or October 25, 2016.
