Caitlyn Jenner here to dedicate nation’s first transgender memorial garden

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- Social activists converged on Forest Park Southeast in St. Louis Friday afternoon on Trans Day of Remembrance to dedicate what’s being billed as the first transgender memorial garden in the United States. Caityln Jenner was among those gathered for the event. She shared a picture from the dedication which has been liked more than 69,000 times on Instagram.

The garden, located at the corner of Vandeventer and Hunt, is to be “a place for quiet reflection, ceremonies and social gatherings,” according to organizers.
