HAZELWOOD, MO (KTVI) -Thanksgiving week is here and that means you have your eyes and stomachs on a very special meal.  So what you eat and how should you workout surrounding the holiday to prepare your body for such a feast? We put that question to Arthur Shivers, a personal trainer at Generation III Fitness. Some of his advice, a tough cardio circuit workout and no pasta the night before the big day.
