ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- Sean Hadley of MSD joins us on FOX 2 News in the Morning to talk about FOG, (fats, oil and grease clogging your pipes.)

FOG is bad for your pipes and MSD pipes. At your home, FOG should be disposed in the trash. It should never be poured down the drain or garbage disposal. When a blockage occurs, wastewater either backs up into basements or overflows into streams.

Last December, MSD observed a significant increase in FOG caused overflows. They attribute this increase to FOG from residential customers, from holiday cooking.
