WASHINGTON, D.C. (KTVI) - A congressional committee meets today in Washington to consider the Anheuser-Busch InBev buyout of SABMiller.

AB InBev CEO Carlos Brito and Molson Coors CEO Mark Hunter are expected to testify before the panel. They will look into how the proposed deal would impact consumers and industry competition.

The $110 billion deal would create the world's largest brewer.

Under the proposal, SABMiller will sell its 58 percent share of the Molson Coors Brewing Company.
