Redskin hoodie bandit may have struck again

FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, IL (KTVI) - The so-called, Redskins hoodie bandit may have struck again.  Police say just before 2 am Friday morning, a man wearing a hoodie and a red bandana around his face robbed the Moto-Mart on North Illinois Street in Fairview Heights.

The suspect was armed with a silver handgun, and managed to get away with some cash.  The description of the suspect is similar to those of two other armed robberies.

One at a Phillips 66 in Swansea last September, and one at a Circle K in Fairview Heights in October.

A $6,000 dollar reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest and conviction.
