HAZELWOOD, MO (KTVI)- You don't need fancy equipment to build muscle. You can do it with just a single dumbbell and a little bit of effort. Arthur Shivers from Generation III Fitness has some exercises you can do as a circuit, doing as many reps of each as you can for 30-60 seconds, then resting before moving on to the next.
