ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- Georgios Kastanias is the executive chef and sales executive for a local family owned food distribution group, Moore Food. He is also the specialist for the Greek and Mediterranean products of the company.  This week, he is joined by Chef Nicholas Avouris from the new Dados Café on Hampton Avenue.

Moore Food Distributors has 30 years of service to restaurant operators, hotels, grocery stores, and institutional food service operators in the St. Louis area.

Dados Club Sandwich 

  • 2 oz deli Ham slices
  • 2 oz deli Turkey slices
  • 2 oz cook Bacon slices
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 1 slice red onion
  • 2 oz mayo
  • 1 oz sun dried tomato paste
  • 2 slices sourdough bread


Toast the bread and mix the mayo with sun dried tomato paste. Build the sandwich with rest of ingredients.
