VALLEY PARK, MO (KTVI) - Plenty of helping hands at Valley Mount Ranch in Valley Park.

Volunteers pitched in to clean up the horse ranch located near I-44 and highway 141. The farm's owner says water poured into the main barn and filled the new barn up to the roof.

"We've always been in the floods, but its always been in our lower lands, never have we had a flood this bad to get our barn up on the hill." said Cindy Scarato of Valley Mount Ranch.

Students from Stanton Elementary School also helped with the clean up.

The ranch has also received feed donations for the horses.
