Ohio's Columbus Zoo Gave a holiday update on a polar bear cub who's just eight weeks old. She was born on November 6th.

When her mother stopped caring for her the following week, the zoo staff decided to remove her from the den and hand-rear her.

Last week, the Zoo said the staff is pleased with how she's progressing, but are still taking things day by day.

She weighed a little over six pounds and measured 17-and-a-half inches long.
