Man accused of secretly photographing women on Wash U Law School campus

ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KTVI) – The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged a 31-year-old local man for allegedly using a concealed camera to photograph women’s undergarments while on Washington University’s Law School campus.

According to the Washington University Police Department, the incidents occurred between May 2015 and October 2015.

The suspect, identified as Donnie Koonce, was charged with one count of second-degree invasion of privacy. Koonce was a student at the university at the time of the crimes.
