NORTH ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO (KTVI) - Powerball tickets for free?  It`s happening all across North St. Louis County.  But to get one you might have to break the law.

And for one officer, Lt. Clay Farmer has already hit the jackpot.  Lt. Farmer won`t make a dime because these Powerball tickets are for officers from the North St. Louis County Police Cooperative to give away on orders from the chief.

The tickets are being paid for by the officers themselves, who then hand them out anyway they want to anyone they want anywhere in the area they patrol.
