ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KTVI)- A new craze has taken hold in America. Coloring books for adults are bringing them back to their days as children.

Christine Dohr of Schaefer's Hobby Shop brought some examples to the Fox 2 newsroom this morning and a wide variety of different books for adults to relax and color.

Those supporting the trend argue the activity is not a sign of regression, but rather a way to lower stress or meditate.

Schaefer's Hobby Shop has been serving the St. Louis area for over 60 years. It is locally owned and operated by third generation owners Art and Sherri Schaefer.
