O’Fallon teen stabbed in the neck, police say

O’FALLON, MO (KTVI) – O’Fallon police are asking for residents in an area mobile home park to lock their doors and stay vigilant after a teenager was stabbed in the neck while outside playing with friends.

The incident happened around 5:55 p.m. in the 100 block of Oakfield Drive in the Pin Oak Mobile Home Park.

Investigators described the suspect as a light-skinned African-American man his mid-to-late 20s, standing approximately 5'11" tall with a scruffy beard and mustache, and wearing a dark gray hoodie and baggy black sweat pants. He's believed to either have a speech impediment or be under the influence of a controlled substance.
