ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)- St. Louis has always been known as a beer town. But now the city is becoming a gateway for coffee!

FOX 2's Chris Regnier is live in the Central West End inside Ronnoco Coffee Company with more.

Ronnoco was started byJ.P. and James J. O’Connor after the 1904 World’s Fair in St. Louis. The distinct flavor and aroma of imported coffee beans roasted over a gas flame inspired the company.

Ronnoco, which is O’Connor spelled backwards, started delivering coffee beans to local hotels by horse-drawn buggy. The local, Midwest-owned and operated company is small enough to pay attention to the details that go into making great coffee, but large enough to service more than 20 states throughout the United States.

Their passion is serving those who serve their products.
