ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - The Missouri Department of Natural Resources will start another round of water quality tests Thursday in Arnold.

Neighbors are concerned about the water because the flood-damaged MSD sewage treatment plant in Fenton remains offline.

Millions of gallons of untreated wastewater is flowing into the Meramec river every day.

Workers hope to have the treatment plant back in operation by April.
