ST. LOUIS, MO. (KTVI)- Amy Emme has transformed her career from an Olympic archery coach to a success coach and a motivational speaker. She is using the skills she learned as an archery coach to help others aim for their goals.

Emme spoke with the Fox 2 team this morning to fire off some arrows and to explain her philosophy. She will be speaking at the St. Louis Working Women's Show this weekend at the St. Charles Convention Center. Additional details are provided below.

Emme's website states she decided to redirect her Olympic training techniques to work with professionals and top leaders to fulfill their potential and live the life of their dreams.

After turning her small town archery business into one of the world's largest archery training centers, Emme shifted her focus to becoming a professional success coach and a motivational speaker. Her motto for success is "Find it. Focus and follow through."
