HAZELWOOD, MO (KTVI) - Arthur Shivers continues our Beach Bodies series with a special focus on working the core.  Shivers demonstrates several types of planks to really work your abs and even your glutes.  Shivers suggests doing this exercises in circuits with brief breaks in between.  He also emphasizes the importance of eating clean and avoiding sugar and fats to reach your best abs.
