Here’s your Cardinals Spring Training report for February 24, 2016.

Cardinals opening day starting pitcher Adam Wainwright says his arm feels great. Wainwright missed most of the 2015 season with a torn Achilles tendon. So Waino's precious right arm basically got a year off.

Yadier Molina continues to hang around workouts at Cardinals camp. He is unable to throw, catch or hit due to a second surgery on his left thumb. Yadi is hopefully of getting into a few Spring Training games and start the season with the Cardinals behind the plate on April 3rd in Pittsburgh.

Matt Holliday talks about the now renewed rivalry between the Cardinals and Cubs. The Redbirds are still smarting from their playoff exit last season against the Cubs.

Brandon Moss is in competition for the first base job for the 2016 Cardinals. Moss and Matt Adams will slug it out this spring to see which player will man first base for the Redbirds this season. Moss is looking forward to being healthy and producing like he did in 2014 for the Oakland Athletics.

Randal Grichuk is not assuming anything when it comes to the starting spot in center field for the 2016 Cardinals. An injury-plagued  2015 campaign prevented Grichuk from a big season. The young slugger is realistic and wants to earn a spot on the team first, stay healthy and then produce big numbers for St. Louis.
