Richmond Heights police searching for bank robber

RICHMOND HEIGHTS, MO (KTVI)- Police are looking for a man who robbed a Richmond Heights bank on Monday. Around 2:15pm, the suspect walked into the Pulaski Bank in the 6500 block of Clayton Road, and handed a note to the teller demanding money and implying he had a gun. The teller complied and the suspect took his note back and left the store.

He headed east on foot and entered St. Mary’s Hospital through a west entrance. He exited through the east entrance just one minute later. Police say he then left the area in a taxi.

The suspect is described as a white man, approximately 40 years old, 5’10”, with a medium to heavy build, dark hair. The man was clean shaven. The suspect was wearing blue jeans, black hat and a grey hoodie with what appears to be a “Rams” on the front.
