NEW YORK (KTVI)- Major League Baseball has suspended St. Louis Cardinals minor league infielder Luke Doyle for 50-games without pay following a positive test for amphetamine.  Doyle is currently on the roster of rookie-level Johnson City Cardinals.

The suspension will be effective at the start of the 2016 Appalachian League season.
