ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - Locals will soon be sporting their favorite pair of undies while racing in Forest Park, all in the name of fighting colon cancer. The Undy Run/Walk is the Colon Cancer Alliance’s signature fundraising event and helps us fund the mission to knock colon cancer out of the top 3 cancer killers. Funds raised through the Undy Run/Walk support both local and national colon cancer prevention and patient support programs. In fact, in 2014 $0.86 of every dollar received went directly to helping patients and their families in need.
It’s not too late to take part in this national event that takes place locally in St. Louis Saturday, March 19. The race begins in the Lower Muny Parking Lot of Forest Park with the 5K beginning at 9:00 A.M. and the 1 mile fun run starting at 9:10 A.M.
