How to peel an egg in two seconds

This is the holy grail of egg-peeling tricks.

First, boil your eggs as usual and let them cool.

Then take an egg and cup it in your fingers.

In one motion, smash the egg (gently) on a flat surface, and then roll to continue breaking up the shell.

Voila! The shell should peel right off, almost completely intact.
