ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) -The St. Louis Holocaust Museum and Learning Center is teaming up with The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis for a powerful and enriching program for kids. On Wednesday, March 16, the two will welcome school groups to the museum for a tour of Holocaust history and to see the play Goodbye Marianne . The play takes place in 1938 Berlin, as young Marianne Kohn arrives at school to find that Jewish students are no longer permitted, and her life begins to change in frightening ways.

The Rep’s Imaginary Theatre Company will present two special matinee performances of Goodbye Marianne, which is recommended for grades 4 through 7, at 9:30 and 11 a.m. on March 16 at the Holocaust Museum and Learning Center.
