Ferguson mayor discusses DoJ reform deal

FERGUSON, MO (KTVI) – On Tuesday, the Ferguson City Council unanimously approved a 127-page proposal with the U.S. Department of Justice approximately a month after passing an amended version, which led to a federal lawsuit.
