Arthur Shivers: Boost your full body workout using sliders

HAZELWOOD, MO (KTVI) - Wanting to boost your full body workout?  Arthur Shivers continues his Beach Bodies series with tips on how to get an intense full body work by using sliders.  Shivers says you can also substitute sliders with furniture movers.  Shivers suggest doing each exercise for one minute before switching to the next.
