ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO (KTVI) - The Bureau of Crimes Against Persons will not seek charges on the driver of the minivan involved in an accident that took the life of a Patriot Guard Rider. The motorcyclist was in a funeral procession this Monday.

St. Louis County Police say the driver of the minivan was stopped at a green light at the intersection of Barracksview and Telegraph. She tried to cross Telegraph once she thought the funeral procession was finished. She did not see the motorcycle and struck it.

A 64-year-old Patriot Guard Rider Mark Schroeder was rushed to the hospital where he died of his injuries. No other injuries were reported.
