Blues rally from Two down, whip Coyotes 5-2

Kyle Brodziak scored two goals to lift the Blues to a 5-2 win over the Arizona Coyotes on Monday night at Scottrade Center. The Blues started the game in lackluster fashion, falling behind Arizona, a team not going to the playoffs, 2-0 after one period. Troy Brower's deflection goal in the seconbd period cut thec deficit to 2-1. But in the third period, the Blues went wild with four more unanswered goals. Kyle Brodziak's short handed goal tied the game 2-2. Vladimir Tarasenko's 37th goal of the season, midway through the third period was the go-ahead score the Blues. A Patrik Berglund power play goal and a second score from Brodziak gave the Blues insurance in the victory.

The win gives the Blues 105 points, tied with the Dallas Stars for the Central Division lead, with two games to play. Dallas holds the tiebreaker with more regulation wins. The Blues have two games remaining in the regular season, Thursday at the Blackhawks and this Saturday, they host T.J. Oshie and the Washington Capitals.
