Arthur Shivers: Super Circuit Cardio

HAZELWOOD, MO (KTVI) - Wanting to slim down and burn fat quickly?  Generation III Fitness personal trainer Arthur Shivers suggests super circuit cardio which involves a variety of cardio exercises. Shivers prefers a circuit that includes running, push-ups, and squats with no breaks for 20-30 min.
