HAZELWOOD, MO (KTVI) -Are you working hard or hardly working when you work out? Exercising at the correct intensity means you’ll get the most out of your time in the gym. By measuring your heart rate, you’ll know when you’ve reached the right intensity level. Arthur Shivers, a personal trainer at Generation III Fitness, explains.
