HAZELWOOD, MO (KTVI) - As swimsuit season continues, many look to tone their core.   Generation III Fitness personal trainer Arthur Shivers shares tips on how to tone your core and achieve a six-pack without doing the common crunches exercise.  Shivers explains why higher intensity exercises like squats and planks that work other muscle groups, too, are far more effective for a good core burn.
