ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - When you hear melt, you think of your ice cream falling of the cone or how you feel in the summer heat!

But melt has a much different meaning to Robin Bach, a melt instructor.

The MELT Method is a simple, self-treatment technique to help people get out and stay out of chronic pain. You do this by rehydrating connective tissue, which is the supportive structure of your body.

Daily living causes connective tissue dehydration. It doesn't matter if you are old, young, active, or sedentary. This is a natural cellular process that happens to everyone - and drinking water isn't enough to address it!

MELT is designed to rehydrate the tissue with specific techniques that use soft balls and a unique soft body roller.
