ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – Some of the youngest victims of gun violence can barely talk, but they manage to find guns in hiding places in their homes and wind up injuring or killing themselves.

"Roughly once a week, a child three years-old or younger gets a hold of a gun and shoots either themselves or someone else," said Lise Bernstein, president of Women's Voices Raised for Social Justice.

The group is giving away cable gun locks at community events in the St. Louis area through its Lock It For Love campaign.
