Supreme Court split on immigration, block of Obama program remains

The Supreme Court announced it was deadlocked on a case about President Barack Obama’s controversial executive actions on immigration. The rule means the program will remain blocked and goes back down to a lower court. It is unlikely the program will go into effect for the remainder of the President’s term.
