CWE SUSPECT_1ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – As the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department continues its investigation into an overnight robbery in the Central West End neighborhood, detectives have released new information on a pair of recent robberies in that area.

On Wednesday, police released surveillance photos of the suspect and vehicle tied to a robbery in the 400 block of N. Euclid just after 12:50 a.m. on June 21 and an attempted robbery in the 200 block of N. Kingshighway Boulevard just minutes later.

Police described the suspect as an African-American man in his mid-20s, standing approximately 5’9” tall with a medium build, short faded black hair, wearing black shorts and shirt, and armed with a dark handgun.

The suspect’s vehicle was described as an older model silver or tan four-door vehicle—possibly a mid-2000s Honda Accord—with one parking light burnt out and multi-spoke rims.
