Ferguson police investigate fatal stabbing

FERGUSON, MO (KTVI) – Homicide detectives with the Ferguson Police Department are investigating a fatal overnight stabbing.

According to a city spokesperson, the stabbing occurred just before 2:40 a.m. in the 9300 block of Clarion.

Police responded to calls of a disturbance and arrived to find the victim, a 23-year-old man, dead at the scene.

The suspect has been identified, but police have not released the individual’s name to the public. Investigators said the incident stemmed from two men arguing over a woman.
